1. Preheat broiler.
2. Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, butter, lemon juice, and cayenne. Toss mixture with scallops.
3. Arrange scallops on a broiler rack and lightly spray with cooking spray. Broil 4 minutes or until opaque in the center.
Do not flip scallops while cooking. Fresh scallops can be found mid-fall to mid-spring; frozen can be used too.
