Suggest a better descriptionFrom this past Thursdays Food section in the Miami Herald to serve with grilled foods. In a nonreactive bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, onion, jalapeno and rice vinegar. Toss and allow to rest 30 minutes but not more than 1 hour. Add cilantro and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Makes 4 half-cup servings.
