Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil over medium heat in a large skillet & lightly saute the garlic until it is fragrant. Stir in the flour & continue to stir for 1 minute. Slowly pour in the milk & continue to stir until the sauce is smooth. Continue to stir until the sauce begins to thicken. Turn of the heat & stir in the nutritional yeast.
