Dairy Free Fettuccine Alfredo Ingredients

1 1/2 tb Olive oil 3 tb Nutritional yeast
2 Garlic cloves, minced 1 pn Nutmeg
3/4 c Plain soy milk 3 c Fettuccine noodles, cooked
2 ts All-purpose flour

Instructions for Dairy Free Fettuccine Alfredo

Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet & lightly saute the garlic until it is fragrant. Stir in the flour & continue to stir for 1 minute. Slowly pour in the milk & continue to stir until the sauce is smooth. Continue to stir until the sauce begins to thicken. Turn of the heat & stir in the nutritional yeast.
