Suggest a better descriptionCombine beef, soy sauce, sherry and garlic and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove beef and reserve marinade. In a large skillet, heat oil until it sizzles. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes or until browned. Add marinade and remaining ingredients and stir-fry over high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
