Gorp Ingredients

Nutty-Fruity Gorp	2 c Raisins
1 c Sunflower Seeds, Roasted	Sweet-Tooth Gorp
1 c Pineapple, Dried	1 c M&Ms? Plain Chocolate Candy
1 c Dried Fruit, Mixed	1 c Spice Gumdrops
1 c Salted Peanuts	1 c Peanuts, Oil-Roasted
1 c Raisins	Elegant Gorp
Good Old Gorp	1 c Raisins
1 c Salted Peanuts	1 c Roasted Cashews
1 c Caramel Corn	1 c Cheesits Crackers
1 c M&Ms? Plain Chocolate Candy	1 c Cream Caramels
1 c Cashews, Oil-Roasted

Instructions for Gorp

Mix ingredients and store in air-tight plastic bags. Feel free to substitute other seeds, nuts and dried fruits as desired. Be sure to include items for quick energy and extended energy both.
