Program for dough and press start. When the cycle is completed, remove the dough, punch down and let rise in a warm draft free place for 20 mins. (cover with a clean towel). Divide dough in half and cut each half into five equal pieces, form into a smooth round ball and place on greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart, flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Cover with towel and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees on rack in center of oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, separating, if necessary and let cool on a wire rack. Adapted from a recipe in Lora Brody & Millie Apters book: "Bread Machine Baking".
