Hoppin John (Black-Eyed Peas and Bacon) Bread Ingredients

1 pk Yeast	1/2 ts Pepper, white
1/4 ts Ginger	1/2 c Bacon bits
1/4 ts Sugar	1 ts Onion, dried minced
2 1/4 c Flour, bread	1 c Blackeyed peas, canned and
1/2 c Flour, wheat	1 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 c Bran	1 1/2 c Water; very warm
2 tb Gluten
