4 Habanero chili peppers;
2 tbScallion; chopped
3 tbLime juice
1 tsNutmeg; ground
1 tsCinnamon; ground
1/4 cAllspice; ground

Jamaican Jerk Rub #1 Preparation

Pound or puree all the ingredients to make a thick paste. Spread paste over meat and marinate for one hour or longer before grilling. Busted by Christopher E.
