Suggest a better descriptionPREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Lightly grease madeleine molds. In an electric mixer, cream butter until smooth and add sugar until incorporated. Add the eggs 1 at a time, then add salt, vanilla extract and orange extract. Add the flour and mix until incorporated. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons batter into each mold. Place in oven and bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and remove from the molds. Let madeleines cool on a rack.
