Saute onions in olive oil until limp.
Fry bacon - drain and mince.
Saute in butter the mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, and green pepper.
Combine onions, vegetables and bacon in a large frying pan and pour the 8 whipped eggs over the top of the vegetables. Add swiss cheese.
Put on medium heat on the stove top until just set. Pour into quiche pan and top with 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
