Suggest a better descriptionPour water over first three ingrediants & stir. When mixture is cooled add remaining ingrediants/ Put in quart jars & may be kept for 6 or 7 weeks in the refrigerator. When ready to use add batter to standard size muffin tins greased, or use paper cupcake liners. Bake 400 deg. for 15 or 20 min. Source: Unknown.
