Separate the broccoli florets from the stems. Peel the stems and cut them into bite sized pieces. Break the florets into bite sized pieces. Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Tightly cover and let steam for no more than 5 minutes. The broccoli should be bright green.

cscammel 2 years agoPretty good but needed a bit extra so I added ground ginger...that was exactly what it needed! Pair this with bourbon chicken and you got our new family favorite.
