Paprika
1 dsTabasco; (to taste)
3 tbButter; melted
4 tbLobster tomalley; (optional)
1 cRitz crackers; crushed
1 lbLobster meat; cut up
1/2 tsWorcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsSalt

Lobster Pie Preparation

Place lobster meat in bottom of 1 qt. casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Mix cracker crumbs, tomalley, worcestershire sauce, salt, and butter. Cover lobster with this mixture and bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Serves 2. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 518 by Sandy Snow on Jan 14, 1998
