1 lb.frozen tater tots
1/2 lb.ham; diced
1/2 cupOnions; chopped
1/2 cupgreen pepper; diced
3/4 cupcheddar; shredded
6 mdEggs
1/2 cupmilk

Ham'n Taters Breakfast Casserole Preparation

Wake up to a hearty breakfast fit for a king (or queen).

In crockpot, layer ingredients in order: tater tots, ham, onions, green pepper and cheese. Repeat two more times, ending with cheese.

In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over layers in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours. Serves six.

    I agree with the other reviewers- probably only needs to cook for 8 hours on low. I did ten, and the cheese looked burnt as well as the ham drying out.

    Too much onions, no need for milk, and use the oven instead!

    This was not good! It burnt. Looked and tasted like corned beef hash.

    12 hours was WAY too long (yes, I had the crockpot on low). The tater tots disintegrated, and I had a pot full of mush. I'll try it again another time, but for half the time.
