Broccoli Hamburger Casserole

Broccoli Hamburger Casserole

This was yummy! Some of the rice was a teeny bit crunchy, and the instructions didn't say whether to cover when cooking, so I didn't. I used a tad more milk and it was perfect. Will be great to take to my mom and grandma!

Fettucine with Sausage and Kale

This was really good! I would use a bit more kale. I used the spicy sausage to give a bit more of a kick.

Ham'n Taters Breakfast Casserole

Ham'n Taters Breakfast Casserole

I agree with the other reviewers- probably only needs to cook for 8 hours on low. I did ten, and the cheese looked burnt as well as the ham drying out.

Country Breakfast Casserole

Country Breakfast Casserole

This was good! I used thawed hash brown patties, and pressed them into the bottom. Added some sauteed veggies in with the meat and cheese...easy and yummy!

Not sure what happened to my comments. This was yummy! I didn't have beans, so I subbed a can of vegetarian chili. I think I.will try it with corn tortillas next.
