Suggest a better descriptionScald milk and melt butter together in microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool
slightly beat eggs and then add sugar and salt to eggs.
Add lukewarm milk and butter mixture to egg mixture.
Mix yeast with one cup of flour and add to mixture.
gradually add remaining flour until dough forms a soft ball. You may need more or less than 7 cups of flour.
I use an electric stand mixer with a dough hook.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Shape into rolls and let rise again until doubled.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
My grandchildren like these rolls even without added butter.
