Fry 1lb. of sausage with onions & 1 TLBS. of mustard
Cube 10 slices of bread & put in a 9 X 13 pan
Beat 6 eggs with some milk & pour over bread
mix in sausage & onion mixture ( grease also from sausage & onions )
Mix all together, Top with shredded cheese ( Cheddar or any kind you want ) Spray pan very good.
Cover & let set overnight and bake at 350 for 45min.
If you want more just double recipe. Enjoy!!!!!!!

4 slices bread
9 eggs
3 cups milk
sausage, ham, or bacon can be used
cheese any kind
Mix everything together well including the cheese
of course cook your meat first
Just cube bread
Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 1 hr.
Make sure you make these breakfast dishes the night before and Refrigerate over night.
