Easy to fix with only a few minutes preparation time.

"Thanks for the great recipe! The meat was so moist and tender. Put it on low for 10 hours while at work. Great to come home to the wonderful aroma of a home cooked meal without a lot of effort. We don't like onions but I cut up half an onion in big slices on top which gave a great flavor. " - hollirussell

So yummy! I cut back on the soy sauce & added a 1/4 cup of low sodium beef broth & it was amazing! Can also see how this would made for a delicius beef dip sandwich. The au jus is amazing!

Mmmm mmmm mmm! I just added some balsamic vinegar to give it a little wine flair. So easy and I don't like to spend time cooking. I'll attach before and after photos.

This was so good! I think next time I will either omit the oil or cut it in half. I added some potatoes and baby carrots to make this a whole meal in one. Very easy, good recipe. Thanks

This was very good pot roast. I added some potatoes in with it to give it a little something extra bit overall, very tasty and tender.

Awesome. Added some other veggies and used knorr seasoning instead of soy sauce (not as salty) and put a tad bit of water in it. Came out super tender

Very easy and yummy! Did half soy sauce half worcestershire and added more fresh garlic along with baby carrots and chopped celery. I thickened up the sauce at the end over the stove and served with potatoes. Would be great for in a stew or left over for sandwiches! Thanks!

The only change I made was to cut slits in the roast and insert garlic cloves. I omitted the garlic cloves in the cooking liquid. This was excellent and I will definitely make it again.

Not easy to get chuck roast here in my hometown, in Malaysia, so I shall try it with belly pork. Add potatoes ( whole) and carrots. Add some cornstarch mixture to make some gravy. Can be eaten with rice or bread.

To cut back on salt we traded the soy sauce for water and also added potatoes and carrots. It was awesome! Even my husband loved it and he's worse than a kid when it comes to food.

I added salt but shouldn't have. Next time I will do it just with the ingredients that Nancy listed.
