Vegtables and imitation crabmeat in a creamy white broth.
1. Boil vegetables in a large kettle with 3/4 cup of water until fork
tender.
2. Add onions, bouillon and milks. Bring to a boil.
3. Mix cornstarch in 1 cup of water. Stir into the soup and cook until
soup thickens.
4. Stir in cream cheese and cook until the cheese is dissolved. Keep
stirring.
5. Add crabmeat and cook until hot.
