Easy to make casserole
Cook meats and onion until browned, drain well. Mix the soup, enchilada sauce and milk together until smooth with a wire whip.
In a greased deep oblong pan, layer ? of the chips, sauce mixture, hamburger, and cheese - repeat for a second layer. Bake ~~at; 350 degrees until it starts to bubble. Remove and cool for 10 minutes.
This can also be made with ground turkey and or pork. You can also make additions of whole corn, canned beans, peppers, etc.
