GREAT CAKE FOR ANY OCCASION
Beat eggs. Add Sugar: beat. Add oil, then carrot baby food. Mix dry ingredients together and beat into first mixture. Add nuts (optional). Using a 9 x 13 inch pan, or a 10 inch tube pan, bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Best with cream cheese frosting.
