COMBINE THE EGG MIXTURE AND FLOUR MIXTURE AND ADD THE GRATED CARROTS AND PINEAPPLE. ADD ANY OF THE OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS. POUR INTO A GREASED BUNDT PAN AND BAKE @ 350 FOR 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR. LET COOL AND THEN REMOVE FROM PAN. COMBINE 3 OZS. SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE, 3 TBSP BUTTER, 1/4 TSP VANILLA, 3/4 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND FROST YOUR CAKE.
