if you like a little bit of a spicy feel and enjoy eggs just follow my simple instructions it only takes a few minutes to make
-4 large eggs
-beat them in a dish
-add 6-7 dashes of hot sauce (i use franks) the batter should be a little greyish.
-shred the amount of cheese you would like INTO the batter
-then cook on whatever temperature you would like and finally keep the eggs moving at most times
(if kept on the pan to long the flavor of the hot sauce will get burnt away)
