Great recipe for quick and easy soft bread loaves for garlic bread / dinner bread.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and 1 tbsp sugar in a mixer bowl.
Add 2 cups water, salt, sugar and flour. Beat down every 5 minutes for 30 minutes.
Divide into 3 sections - make each section into a ball. Roll each ball into a jellyroll - pinch ends. Place on a greased baking sheet
Let rise until double in size.
Bake at 350 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
