This is a soupy, tasteless, awful dish will leave you hungry and angry at your husband. The $75 and 5+ hours you spend will be well worth it when you have a giant bowl of orange waste in your fridge for a couple days until you figure out a way to get rid of it.
Go to the store, but only get half of the things you need. You'll need to go back to the store a second time. (this is important, you'll want to yell about this later) Next, put 3 lbs of cream cheese and all vegetables in blender with hard boiled egg. This will be EXTREMELY soupy. Put it into a small bowl, yell. Go back to the store for the rest of the ingredients. When you get home, yell. Next, add 2 lbs of cream cheese until slightly less soupy. Let this sit while you yell. When your voice is hoarse from yelling, add 1 more lb. of cream cheese. At this point, you'll need a much larger bowl. Clear out the top shelf of your refridgerator (you'll need somewhere to put this). Take out your tortilla, spread soupy mix on tortilla before admitting the awful taste, texture, and consistency. Let sit for 3-4 days.
