Ready in 1 hour

A delicious dish for Thanksgiving.

"This was by far, the hit of our Thanksgiving dinner. Besides the Turkey that is. You have actually converted 5 Yam haters to somehow love this dish! That says a lot, because they never eat candied yams! They asked for seconds! They asked me how in the heck I could make yams that good! I am amazes and craving more! Great receipe! If I could give is 100 rating I would."

Wonderful dish! We had this tonight with ham as our Easter dinner, everyone raved about it!! Some thought it was a dessert as it was almost like a fruit crisp yet with a pumpkin pie texture.
