Great on cold days. Also good for busy days because you put in in the oven and forget about it.
Layer all ingredients except potatoes in large casserole dish with lid. Bake 4 hours at 250 degrees. Add potatoes and cook for 1 more hour.
It also works to use one large potato and put it in at the beginning with everything else around it. Then cut the potato before serving.
