Beat eggs well. Stir-in milk and salt.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add to mixture.
Beat with egg beater until there are no lumps and batter is thin.
Pour enough batter onto large preheated skillet until bottom is covered (about 1/3 cup.)
Bake over medium heat until brown on both sides.
