Very easy and good
Spray 6 by 12 pan with Pam. Mix Rice, mushroom pieces and onion together. Pour in bottom of pan. Place haddock or cod on rice. Mix soup and water together. Pour over fish, sprinkle with seasonings. Cover with aluminum foil and bake two hours at 350?.
