3/4 cupBeer, light
1 packageDry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
8 ouncesCheddar cheese; shredded
2 Scallions; chopped

Beer Pretzel Dip Preparation

Mix all together and chill. Serve with preszels or pretzel chips

    This is one of my all time favorites! So simple, and it stretches - a batch lasts longer than you think it will. I'm making it as part of our Thanksgiving snacks and munches this year.

    I made this to take up north for the weekend; we can't camp without it! Everyone enjoyed it; even my little buggers had to dip everything from cucumbers & tomatoes to pretzels & fritoz corn chips! Good stuff!!

    I made the recipe like directed and the result was a catastrophe! My husband and friends thought it tasted like stale beer & old moldy cheese, with a smell to boot!! The theory behind this is great, but it definitely takes tough stomach and dulled senses.
