I hated Tuna Fish as a kid and now I love it! I finally created a recipe for Tuna I like. It can convince any non-Tuna lover to cross over.
Boil pasta and cook completely as directed on the box. Drain and let cool.
Mince Peppers, Onions and Pickles.
Combine Tuna with mayo and ranch dressing. Add seasonings to taste.
Combine tuna paste with minced veggies and pasta.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Adobo (Spanish Dry Seasoning) Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Onion powder 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Black pepper
You can use the same recipe for Tuna sandwiches. To make the Tuna paste thinker for sandwiches use less Ranch dressing and more Mayo.
You can find the recipe for Adobo on my page.
