Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups Mozzarella; shredded
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan; shredded
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3 cloves Garlic; crushed and minced
1 14-oz can Artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
2 8oz package Cream cheese
3/4 10-oz package Frozen spinach; thawed, drained, and squeezed

Original recipe makes 4



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine 1 and 1/2 cups of the mozarella, 2 tablespoons of parmesean, with the rest of the ingredients until well blended in a large bowl

3. Spoon into a baking dish and top with the remaining parmesean and mozarella (mozarella on top)

4. Bake for 30 minutes (or longer if made ahead of time and stored in fridge)
