In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until soft; blend in sour cream. Spread in 9"X13" dish. Spread salsa over cheese mixture; top with shredded cheddar, followed by desired amount of lettuce, tomatoes and black olives. Chill 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
