2 poundsHamburger
1/4 poundNabisco Saltines; 1/2 package
2 eachEggs
1/2 cupBeef stock
1 tablespoonsMorten salt cosher
1 tablespoonMcCormick garlic powder
1 tablespoonMcCormick onion powder
1 tablespoonHerb D' Provance
1 tablespoonGray Pupon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoonMcCormick ground black pepper; freshly ground
2 tablespoonLea Perrin Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoonPaprika
1 tablespoonFennel seed

Austrian Meatloaf Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Put in to a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes at 375 deg.F
