Austrian Meatloaf
Original recipe makes 8
| 2 poundsHamburger |
| 1/4 poundNabisco Saltines; 1/2 package |
| 2 eachEggs |
| 1/2 cupBeef stock |
| 1 tablespoonsMorten salt cosher |
| 1 tablespoonMcCormick garlic powder |
| 1 tablespoonMcCormick onion powder |
| 1 tablespoonHerb D' Provance |
| 1 tablespoonGray Pupon Dijon Mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoonMcCormick ground black pepper; freshly ground |
| 2 tablespoonLea Perrin Worchestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoonPaprika |
| 1 tablespoonFennel seed |
Austrian Meatloaf Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Put in to a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes at 375 deg.F
