This is just a standard, back pocket dish. Nothing new about this recipe, just here for an ingredients list.
1. Cut sausage into medallions and brown in skillet.
2. Cut all peppers into thin strips and fry in olive oil.
3. Add minced onions and garlic to peppers and continue to cook in oil until soft.
4. Add sausage and all remaining ingredients to peppers and continue cooking in crock pot on low for 1 hour.
5. Serve from crock pot.
