Gourmet Burgundy Burgers
One of my favorite burgers ever! The burgundy gives the beef a robust flavor, complimenting imported cheeses very nicely.

|1 1/2 poundsGround Beef|
|1/4 cupOnion; finely chopped|
|1 teaspoonSeasoned Salt|
|1/8 teaspoonGarlic Salt|
|1 tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce|
|1/4 cupBurgundy; or other red wine|
|1/2 cupbreadcrumbs; if desired|
|1/2 teaspoongarlic; minced if desired|
|6 slicesHavarti cheese|
|6 slicesGouda cheese|
Gourmet Burgundy Burgers Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick. (The mixture will be saucy, add breadcrumbs to firm it up if you like. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes. Melt 1 slice of each cheese over patties on grill before serving.
