Ready in 50 minutes
a not-overly-sweet recipe with chocolate nibs and sour cherries
Top-ranked recipe named "Chocolate brownies - gluten free"
Pre-heat the oven to 180C
Drain the cherries, reserve the liquid
Break the chocolate into pieces & place in saucepan
Heat over medium heat, stirring till just melted
Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar till dissolved
Stir in the oil
Add eggs and mix to a smooth paste
Add flours (triple sifted), baking powder, salt, vanilla and enough puree or reserved juice to get a wet porridgy consistency
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Pour mixture in (mixture should be about 3cm deep)
Push the cherries into the mixture filling every available space!
Bake for 25-35 min (depends on you oven & thickness of mix) till a skewer comes out clean.
Cool and cut into small protions.
