Panko Crusted Pork Chops

Panko Crusted Pork Chops

Ready in 1 hour

A delicious dish.

"This was a good recipe except that it mentions an egg mixture but there are no eggs in the ingredients list. I just beat a couple of eggs and dipped the floured chops in before the breadcrumbs. I baked medium thickness chops for 30 minutes. Very good!"

Really good. I have always been a fan of using Panko on pork chops and chicken breast

Very tasty! Easy to prepare & chops were very moist. Next time will try baking on a rack to see if bottom of chops will be as crispy as the top.

Time cooked in the oven will depend on the thickness of your chops. I used fairly thin ones. Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable. [I posted this recipe.]
