2 cansblack beans; rinsed and drained
2 canswhole kernel corn; drained
1 cantomatoes and green chilies
1 cupred; yellow and green pepper, chopped
0.25 cupjalepeno; chopped
0.5 cupVidalia onion; chopped
0.5 cuppicante sauce
2 lemons; juiced
0.5 bottleTuscan Italian Dressing

Texas Caviar Preparation

Mix all together and refrigerate. Serve with white corn tortillia chips

    I've made a similar dish. If you use canned Fiesta Corn, it also goes really well and adds a LOT of flavor :)
