This is a hearty cookie, that will tempt you to eat handfuls, but luckily they are filling, and you can't!

| 1 cupButter; or half butter, half lard |
| 1 cupsmooth peanut butter |
| 1 cupdark brown sugar |
| 0.5 cup ofGranulated Sugar |
| 2 Eggs |
| 2 tspvanilla or Mapeline |
| 1 tsp ofSalt |
| 2 tspbaking soda |
| 0.5 cupbuttermilk |
| 4 cups ofFlour |
| 1 1/2 cupsSpanish peanuts; or honey roasted nuts for sweeter cookies |
| 12.6 ozm&ms |
| 9.2 ozreeses peanut butter cups; quartered |

Mix the first nine ingredients together until creamy and sugar is no longer gritty.
Stir in the next four ingredients until well incorporated.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment covered cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
let sit on sheet to cool, then carefully move to cooling rack till completely cool. These are slightly soft, if you want a firmer cookie, smoosh the cookie dough on the sheet a bit before baking, as these do not spread.
