Suggest a better descriptionConventional: Add yeast to warm water. Add rest of ingredients and knead until in a smooth ball, then 5 more minutes. Rest for 30-45 minutes. Punch down, knead a few more minutes, let rise one hour. Make balls and rise a half hour.
Bread Maker: Use dough cycle. Pull apart into 15 balls. Place on greased cookie sheet 2? apart and brush with melted butter. Cover and set in a slightly warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes or until nearly doubled in size. Bake ~~at; 375 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with garlic optional.
