Cavatappi and Garbanzo beans with Spinach and Feta
This simple Pasta Recipe is a favorite of my friends at college. Whenever i am at a loss for recipe ideas this is one that i can turn to and make quickly. The garbanzo beans add an interesting texture while the feta gives this vegetarian dish a great flavor!
"This was really good! I used black beans because I'm not a fan of garbanzos in a pasta dish. I also eyeball measurement (yes, it hurts me sometimes!) but I only put in maybe a tsp of garlic because 4 seemed like a lot. Glad I did because it was still very garlicky!
