Tired of the same Sloppy Joe? Here is a tasty and very simple alternative. Perfect meal for the middle of your busy week.
Cook ground beef and chopped onion on med-high heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain ground beef mixture in a strainer to remove some of the grease. Return pan to stove and add salsa and chilies. Turn heat down to low and simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes or until heated through. Spoon Sloppy Joe mixture onto buns and top with a generous helping of cheese. Serve hot.
