Soft easy yeast rolls
In a large mixing bowl add yeast to warm water and stir. Add butter, salt, sugar and eggs to mixture. Let sit for 10 minutes. Using a whisk stir ingredients. Add flour and mix/knead into a ball of dough. Add flour as need to create a dough that is not sticky but still moist. Place dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let rise 1 hour. Knock down dough and knead briefly. Divide into 3 equal parts and let rise 10 minutes. Divide each section into four pieces and shape into 12 rolls. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
