Ingredients

1 pound minced meat (lamb or beef)
1 onion; grated
pureed
1 teaspoon saffron
1 teaspoon ground pepper
sumac
2 tablespoon water
1 egg; beaten
1 Salt to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate a few hours. Shape into 7" kebabs,brush with oil, place on skewers and grill or broil.
