Original recipe makes 2
1 poundminced meat (lamb or beef)
1 onion; grated
pureed
1 teaspoonsaffron
1 teaspoonground pepper
sumac
2 tablespoonwater
1 egg; beaten
1 Salt to taste

kebab koobideh Preparation

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate a few hours. Shape into 7" kebabs,brush with oil, place on skewers and grill or broil.
