Preheat broiler. Spray pan with cooking spray.
In small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayonaise and lemon juice, once mixed add seasonings and set aside.
Broil fish a few inches from heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from oven and cover with Parmesan mixture on top side. Return to oven broil for 2 more minutes or until topping is browned and fish flakes easlily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
