These are a great way to get the kids to eat oatmeal!
Bake at 370 degrees, 8-10 minutes. I usually bake 10-11 so they are crispy.
Cream sugar and butter till fluffy
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients (do not include oatmeal or chips).
Add the dry ingredients to the sugar, butter, and egg mixture and mix well.
Stir in the oatmeal and chips.
Put a teaspoon of dough on to greased cookie sheets and bake.
