1/2 Cup Rolled oats; We used steel-cut oats, too
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Margarine
1 1/4 Cups Water; Room temperature
1 1/2 Tsp Active dry yeast

Preparation

Place the ingredients into the bread machine according to your manufacturer's instructions. Our particular machine requires the dry ingredients first, then the wet, then we put the yeast in a separate dispenser; some machines require you to place the wet ingredients first.

Select the Basic (Regular) "light" setting - the "light" refers to the crust.
