| 1 HalfYellow Onion |

| 3 Tbl spoonsGarlic powder |

Stuffed Pork chop Preparation
Prepare the Stove top per the directions on the box, but include the onion and celery. Once complete set aside.
Combine the black pepper, garlic powder and olive oil in a bowl and stir. Once complete set aside.
Slice a hole in the side of each pork chop to make a pocket, but don't cut all the way through.
Stuff as much of the stuffing into each pocket that will fit, then secure the opening with 2 toothpicks.
Place the stuffed chops on a baking sheet, then brush all sides of the chops with the black pepper, garlic powder olive oil mixture.
Bake at 375 for 35min (Depending on how your oven cooks)
