Delicious AND budget friendly!
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, strain and then return beef to skillet. Add sour cream, sliced mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, celery, bell pepper, ground pepper and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Prepare noodles according to package directions substituting beef broth for water, after straining noodles, mix into your beef mixture well. Serve hot with bread and butter or dinner rolls.
May omit or mix and match your vegetables in this with the exception of the mushrooms and celery. Salt and pepper as desired. Add a few drops tobasco for a kick.
